Mia Qu is an award-winning illustrator who was initially from China and is now living in Calgary Canada. She graduated from the Art College of Capital Normal University in China, specializing in oil painting. Mia Qu has over ten years of experience in the field of illustration. Throughout her career, Mia has worked with many prominent publishers such as China Children’s Press & Publication Group, New Century Press, and 21st Century Publishing Group, etc. She has published many children’s picture books, which have been well-received by young readers. Mia’s work has earned recognition through various awards in China. Now living in Calgary, she continues to blend traditional techniques with contemporary styles in her illustrations.
